Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed. This processing time is not included in the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout.
For pre-orders, items will be shipped as soon as they become available.


Dispatch Notifications

If you do not receive a dispatch or delivery confirmation within the specified processing timeframe, please contact us at 📧 orders@delovetofficial.com and include your order number.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


International Orders

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes as determined by the importing country’s government.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2–3 days as delays can occasionally occur.

Once your package is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service to ensure successful delivery.


Lost Packages

While refunds are not issued for lost packages, we are happy to resend items if a package cannot be located or tracked.
